Fazle R Quasha has over 13 year of experience in the Security and Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) for information technologies departments in a variety of industries including airports, oil and gas, and health care. Faz has been dealing with the unique requirements of the airport environment since 2014, as the IT Manager at the Fort McMurray International Airport (YMM).  Fazle has lead his department through dealing with cyber and ransomeware attacks along with information disaster recovery.  The YMM IT department was also instrumental during the 2016 Wildfires. As a community of 90,000+ people were evacuated from the region, the airport’s role was to maintain an operating aerodrome for water bomber flights with critical communications technologies to assist the emergency crews in fighting the fire.

Fazle actively participates in a diverse range of IT networks and groups including cyber security, system engineering, and critical infrastructure protection.
